RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are finals.
SHIPPING
Free local pickup is available in Montreal, near Jean Talon metro station.
Regular shipping is fulfilled via Canada Post
- Canadian orders : 1–5 business days
- International orders : estimated 10–15 business days (may vary by destination and customs processing)
Express Shipping
- Canada (UPS or FEDEX) : 1-3 business day
- International (DHL) : 2-5 business days
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
RENTAL OPTION
We aim to democratize craftsmanship by offering rental options for most of our pieces at only 15% to 20% of their retail price.
